💰 Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $40
- Orders under $40: flat rate $5.95 (Standard) / $12.95 (Express)
- International orders: calculated at checkout based on weight & destination
- All prices in USD. Local taxes & duties may apply for international orders.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship worldwide from our US fulfillment center. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing.
Note: Due to customs regulations, some countries may restrict the import of electronic beauty devices. Please verify local regulations before ordering.
↩️ Returns & Exchanges
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
- To start a return, contact us at support@cleonella.com with your order number
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Cleonella account and visiting the Order History section.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to our support team and we will investigate immediately.
